We are so excited to introduce you to Celia B's Resort 24 collection "Oceans of Fantasy". In a move towards sustainability this is Celia's first collection using recycled cotton.
The Sedna Dress is made from a lightweight fabric in emerald green with white lace trim. The dress can be drawn in at the waist for a fitted look.
